Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the marine equipment you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and technical documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipment Dispatch

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it to our designated warehouse facility using a tracked and insured carrier service.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
